All of our coatings excluding high temp ceramics come with a 5 year warranty against peeling and yellowing. Warranty is only valid for normal wear and tear and void due to abuse and neglect of items. 

We require a deposit of half payment before we start any project or order materials. Remainder of balance is due at time of pickup. No items will be picked up before balance is paid. 

Items must be picked up within 10 days of notice that they are ready. Failure to do so can result in additional storage fees.

We usually have an estimated 15 business turn around on all projects unless we have discussed with you otherwise. Shipping times for materials needed for your project may affect turn around time. 

Any serialized gun parts left with us must be picked up by the same person that left them. Otherwise a background check will have to be performed on the person picking up and a fee will be charged.
